With the Niro EV and Soul EV, you’re getting similar performance specs. Both achieve 201 horsepower and 291 lb-ft of torque as well as a driving range of 239 miles (Niro EV) and 243 miles (Soul EV). Where they differ is on the inside, where, of course, drivers select their favorite based on the conventional Niro or conventional Soul models. Opting for the Niro EV will get you features like an 8-inch touchscreen with integrated navigation, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and standard Kia DRIVE WISE. While the 2020 Soul EV doesn’t have integrated navigation right now, it has a larger standard infotainment screen at 10.25 inches as well as standard Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and Kia DRIVE WISE. Cargo configurations for the 2020 Soul EV haven’t been released yet, but if it’s anything like the 2019 Soul, we should expect somewhere around 60-62 cubic feet, which would be more than the 53 cubic feet in the Niro EV. One hour of charge time will give each of these models an 80 percent full charge.
